Ingredients:
- 3 lbs chuck roast
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 sandwich buns

Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and beef broth
Place sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker
